Wheelchair Accessible Property 

The first thing you see as you pull into the driveway is NO STEPS!! The foundation was designed so that no steps are needed to enter the front door and the garage door. 

The front ramp leads to a covered landing so you can open the door without being in the elements.

The 16ft wide by 23ft deep garage with 7ft tall door will accommodate most wheelchair vans and truck. The width will allow for unloading of the wheelchair traveler inside the garage. 

Roam free Rentals also offers an electric vehicle charging station inside the Garage. 

The Kitchen design incorporates many ADA features. Roll under sink , roll under cooktop, wall mounted oven , and lever style handle on sink. 

The open design of the living area includes the living room, dinning room and kitchen. The 8ft long dinning rom table will seat up to 10 guest. the design of the table will allow for wheelchair users to fully roll under without hitting their feet on any obstructions.

There is a pull out sleeper sofa in the living room that offers another option for your stay. 

The 42in hallway and 36in doors make for easy travel to any of the 3 bedrooms or hall bathroom.

Each of the 3 bedrooms were designed for a specific purpose. The master offers plenty of room to roll around and has an attached bathroom. The master bath offers a roll in shower with shower bench, roll under sink, and grab bars for transferring to the toilet. 

The second bedroom will be perfect for teenagers or adults with its queen size bed .

The third bedroom is set up with 2 bunk beds and a tv with gaming options. This room can sleep 4 people. 

Both full bathrooms are big enough to turn around in a wheelchair.. Both bathroom offer roll under sinks. The master bath has a roll in shower with shower bench, the second full bath has a tub with portable bench .
